Exchange and Return Policy

(We are happy to serve you from Saturday to Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Friday is the weekend.)


First: Exchange and Return:

  • Items to be exchanged or returned must be in their original condition at the time of purchase, and the protective packaging must not be removed.
  • Exchange and return apply to all products in case of a manufacturing defect or delivery error, with the company covering the shipping costs.
  • If the customer wishes to return or exchange a product for another, the customer will bear the shipping fees.
  • The return and exchange period is 15 days from the date of receiving the product


If you wish to exchange or return the product without a manufacturer defect or damage:


If payment is made via bank transfer, SADAD, or Visa, Fanous will refund the amount to the customer's account via bank transfer within (5) business days.

Fanous will replace any product with a manufacturing defect or that is not desired within three to (5) business days, subject to the following conditions:

The device must be free of scratches, misuse, or malfunction due to incorrect electrical voltage connection.

The product must be brought in its original packaging with all accessories inside.

  • The original purchase invoice must be attached when requesting an exchange or return.


The following items are excluded from the return or exchange policy:

  • Products that are not in their original condition
  • If the sample displayed in our showrooms is desired, it cannot be exchanged or returned

Second: How to return a product:

  • If you received your product from the Fanos sales team, you must contact us.
  • If you purchased your product from one of our showrooms, you must visit the showroom itself.


Third: Warranty Policy:

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, not misuse or improper installation. Warranty claims must be made with the original invoice only.
